I am Mark, I'm a gay hispanic man currently studying for a physics degree.

My identity is very important to me because it can show some of my struggle without me having to constantly show or restate it. The struggle of being a gay Mexican American man, because even in this time of our lives I will still hear comments against who we are based solely on race and orientation.

I'd like people to know that I am proud and confident in who I am and sadly it wasn’t always like that but then I learned to be comfortable with who I am inside and out.
