My preferred name is Tzara Northcut, I'm a computer science major at UTD, obsessed with AI and robotics.

I am a trans-woman, so I use she/her pronouns.

My identity is important to be because of just the joy it brings me. I love being able to do girly things, I love being seen as female, I love being able to dress in all kinds of neat clothes and have fun hair styles and so on and so forth. But on another level, my identity is important to me because expressing it has allowed me to become exponentially more comfortable in my own body and generally be happier with who I am as a person. There are friends I never would have made without my identity, heck, I wouldn't even have my current girlfriend if I hand't realized I was trans. So I'm really happy I did, because being able to be myself has been the time of my life.
